Exporting your trips is easy and you have a choice of 3 ready made reports.


  • Go to Settings / Create Reports


  • Choose what type of export you want.  


  • The most common is the ATO Logbook Data export.  This has all you (and your accountant) need for an official ATO or FBT logbook and shows all your work and personal trips in CSV and PDF format.  
  • Click to see a sample ATO export.  


  • The broadest option is All Data Export.  That has everything (including driving scores, average speed etc).  
  • Click to see a sample All data Export


  • Finally, you can select a customisable Business Data Export.  This is useful if you want to filter by certain clients or projects or dates.  Some customers find it very useful for invoicing clients.

Here is how you export your trips in more detail.


1. Select the Data Export type.


2. Select the vehicle then select date range and click send.


NOTE: If you are on a Basic Plan and you already used the 1000km limit for export, you may need to upgrade to an Unlimited Plan. Contact support@gofar.co if you need assistance.
