In rare cases, the Bluetooth connection between your iPhone and the GOFAR adapter may experience a system-level glitch that the GOFAR app cannot automatically resolve for you.

This is a known iOS behaviour and it can be fixed in two steps

STEP 1: UNPAIR THE GOFAR ADAPTER

1. Open your iPhone's Settings and tap Bluetooth.

2. Locate "GOFAR Dongle" in your list of devices, then tap the information icon on the right.

3. Then select Forget This Device.

...and confirm by selecting Forget Device

STEP 2: REDO SET UP

After making your iPhone forget the GOFAR adapter, you will need to redo the setup.

This is quick and here is how you do it.

1. Open the GOFAR app go to Settings then select Vehicles.

2. After that select Edit Car

3. And then select Redo set up

4. Next, simply follow through the prompts in the app as it walks you through redoing the set up.

After that the Bluetooth connection should be successfully established.
