Purpose

There are instances in which you don't see any data on the home screen of the app. This happens when you have active filters. 

Active filters will prevent you from seeing all the data on the home screen. In this article we will discuss how to manage the filters to prevent this from happening.


Procedure:

  1. Tap the filter icon on the top right of the home screen (next to the fill-up icon)


    2. Then tap clear in the top left corner,


  3.Tap done in the top right hand corner and all of your trips and fill ups will now appear.


In cases where there's still no data on the home screen after clearing the filters. Please contact support@gofar.co.
