• We have a bit of a problem with the time zone on the data export. This means that sometimes trips get missed. To get around this, please select a broader date range for the export. Choose one day before and one day after the date range. This will make sure we’re covering all of the trips that you need.
  • Sometimes the email address entered during registration was typed incorrectly. Double check that the email address you see on the export screen of the GOFAR app is the correct one. Contact us at support.gofar.co to update your email address if it’s incorrect. :)
