If your trip was taken when the device was calibrating, then the trip data will not be accurate. Trip data for trips started AFTER the completion of the calibration will be accurate.

If your latest trip doesn't appear on your phone, the phone may not have had time to upload the data at the end of the trip, or there may be limited mobile coverage in the area. In this case, your data should upload during your next trip, as long as there is mobile coverage in the area. 

There is also a way to force it into calibration mode. Please follow the steps below:

1) Go to settings in GOFAR app

2) Tap Advanced

3) Tap Calibration

4) Reset Calibration

If you had finished calibration before the latest trip started, and the trip data does not appear to be accurate, please contact us at support@gofar.co :)
