The changes are happening on September 1st 2023 just for early customers* who purchased GOFAR before February 14th 2021. No other customers are affected.
Up until that point early customers will continue to have full, free access to the Unlimited Plan.
We made this decision so that our early customers would have plenty of time to export their work KMs for tax time this year with no restrictions and no cost.
Early customers who wish to stay on the Unlimited Plan should upgrade before this date to secure a discount.
The discount is greatest in July.
Early customers who are satisfied with the free Basic Plan need take no action as they will be automatically transferred to this from September 1st 2023
* Early customers refers to purchases made before Feb 14th 2021.
