If you have signed up for GOFAR Smart Assist, you simply need to call our helpline operated by Digicall Assist on 02 8880 3984
They will then arrange assistance.
We have made it more convenient to ask for help when on the road through the GOFAR app. Here is how you can do it.
On the GOFAR app diagnostic page you need to make sure that you check the share my location and share diagnostics data. This will make it easier for our team to locate you and to know what the issues are.
After clicking call for support you will just need to confirm which car is the services for then click ok.
