Some cars' dashboards are softer or made of material that makes it difficult for the adhesive to stick quickly. In these cases, we advise that you:

• clean the surface thoroughly with the alcohol wipe provided
• wait at least 60 seconds for the dashboard to dry completely
  
• remove the red backing sticker from the circle
• push the dual lock circle onto your dashboard, and hold it there, pushing hard for at least 30 seconds
• leave the dual lock circle on your dashboard for a few minutes to allow the adhesive to dry out a little
• place the ray on to the dual lock circle and it should sit properly now
